I recommend if you have thick wavy hair, that gets easily tangled. The conditioner works if you start from the scalp to the ends, and the best result about that is that I don’t have to use a separate de tangling spray because the conditioner does the job. Very happy with this product- it does not have a sweet scent but it doesn’t have a unpleasant scent either. Which i think it’s healthier for the hair since adding scents can cause allergies on the scalp. My curls come out bouncy and cute; and it's also great for my white hair, leaving it a bright white, as opposed to other shampoos I've used that have dyes in them that yellow my hair.
