I was installing a new derailleur and obviously needed a shift cable. I have a generic cable on my trials bike, so I thought I would try something different on my trail bike. It shift smoother and has a nice feel to the shifting as a whole. Could it be the new derailleur? Sure, but I have used this derailleur in the past. The point is, I have never had a "side-by-side" comparison between Jagwire and a "plain" cable.
