First one purchased after researching it to death, and I am very satisfied with it. Took several hours to install, which included a run to hardware store for SS screws and a tap for the aluminum gunwale on my bass boat. The screws it came with the heads twisted right off when I attempted to 'self tap'... Have run the boat a dozen times - up to 40 with the top up and everything looks/works great! The shade it offers is excellent depending on the time of day.
