There is more peel in this marmalade than in many others that I have tried, but not as much as used to be in coarse marmalade when I was a kid in 60s and 70s. I will definitely buy this one again. 2. Thick Cut Orange Marmalade: Although the flavour of this one is very nice, not overly sweet, there seems to be hardly any peel and what is there is definitely not what I would classify as THICK cut.
