The newer the scars more rapid the results. I had deep gash on on breast where dog scratched me. It was less than a year, Within 3 months almost all gone. Mu acne scars on face which is 30 years old is taking longer but the more superfucial ones are gone. Only helped on scars that are indented **Q: Does this work on one year old surgical scars?** A: It’s a very good product.
