Its not like a jittery weight loss pill kind of energy its more of a caffein high. It doesn't come on sting either it just slowly progresses and i end up doing so many things that i normally wouldn't.One thing you should know is that you can't just eat nasty and expect it to do its work. Also, your stomach can get up set if you eat things that are hard to digest or greasy foods. So, looking for an alternative to clean my system, I purchased this pills. I experienced some side effects even though they' are not too serious. I took them for 7 days and after the 3rd day I started to notice that I needed "to go" several times a day, almost every hour. I am not sure is my colon got that clean because I did not feel the same "emptiness" I felt while using the Acai drink.
