I was not satisfied with its performance. **Q: Does it come with the drill ?** A: No it doesn't come with a drill, that is something you, the consumer, must provide. Honestly I don't recommend this product. It hS a nice complete kit, (minus the drill) it did clean the headlights, just not like it advertised in my opinion. **Q: I finished a project with 2K SprayMax clear, but it came out a bit wavy or bumpy in a few spots. Will these drill-based pads smooth out the bumps?** A: They will but you will most likely have to reapply your application of sealant.
