The light works very good, and the beam is great. The only problem I have with this light is that every time you push the button to turn it on/off it has to cycle thru each of the three(3) different beams. It cycles from low to high to strobe. Its bad when your in the field and you have change from low, to high, then back again to low, and you have have that strobe light come on at the wrong time. So far the Life-Gear flashlights are the only ones that I used that turn off/on with each push of the switch.
