The dimensions were exactly what we were looking for, but when it arrived, several parts were damaged. I contacted Scanica’s customer support, and they quickly responded by sending the replacements. The instructions could be clearer, but the assembly is pretty straight forward once you’ve identified all the parts. I like the overall quality and the space underneath. My 8yo daughter absolutely LOVES it. It’s fairly sturdy. Assembly can take 5 to 6h and is definitely a 2 person job. If you’re assembling the stairs on the left side you have to crack your head a bit because instructions mainly focus on right side mounting, but other than that easy to follow. Awesome customer service.
