I found it slightly too big for the usual size mixing bowls - and so got the smaller one which is perfect. Both of them are very well made & fit nicely into the hand and are so easy to use compared to the drag caused by a spoon. Can see these lasting a very long time and used frequently. They are a joy to use when stirring or mixing. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great addition to the team *by C***D on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 July 2014* My main baking obsession is pizza making, and this does a good job on the initial mix but does require forearms of steel if you're making a low hydration dough. If you're goal is a no-knead higher hydration dough then this whisk is probably all you'll need.MUCH better suited for cake or other batters, or even the likes of scone dough.
