Review: Good quality, time consuming to install - It’s ideal for creating an inexpensive walking treadmill in a small space. The top is nice and shiny so it looks more expensive. I recommend the shelf so long as (1) you don’t mind the long wait (mine took 2.5 months to arrive), and (2) you’re somewhat handy and have a drill because it took 2 hours to install all of the holes required. Although it doesn’t have any directions, they do send plenty of screws for it.
Review: Poor quality and bad design - This item looked great on paper. However, it was a bit of a challenge to install. I’m a pretty handy guy and honestly this was a mess. It didn’t flush up to the wall when closed, the wall anchors did not work at all. And now I have drywall repair to fix the spot where it was mounted. I never used it…it was so frustrating that I threw it out. $80 wasted. Another cheap import from China. Find another option.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Space saver

I put this ( measured to fit) in my very small laundry to help with folding clothes right out of the dryer. It is great! It is easy to put up and put down. So after I am done with it, I just put it down, flat against the wall. It is sturdy and gives me the work space I need when I need it. I would think this could be a great solution in any number of rooms where space is an issue and work space is needed. I do think the packaging could be improved, because my table came with slight damage to one of the corners, but I tried to fix the damage and put that corner against the back wall.
