I am usually intimidated by beauty products that need a lot of steps so I was doubtful that I could use this product and feel like I actually knew what I’m doing but I did!! They give very easy directions and they are written inside the top of the box which is super helpful because you have the box open and in front of you the whole time you are doing it and you don’t have to reach for a piece of paper (that would probably end up getting wet!). It’s just three steps- I used my phone as a timer to time each step but I don’t think I would do that again because the timing isn’t so critical. While the peel was on my face (the third and final step), I made my bed (multitasking!). The best thing is that my skin looks brighter and feels GREAT- soft, fresh, and clean. Our peel solution is very effective, but requires specialized packaging. If solution pump stops dispensing, gently push the tip of a straighten paper clip into the small hole on the bottom of the bottle. We use an airless pump and removing the excess air will restore function. **Q: When i first took the cap off the pump a teaspoon of product splashed out. then the pump wouldn't work at all. i lost a lot. how does pump work?** A: Oh..that happened once but it eventually worked. I would see if they’ll replace the kit ..usually pump works fine. **Q: What does glycolic do for your skin?** A: It dissolves the top layers of dead skin and sebum that clogs the pores and leaves the skin looking dry and dull. **Q: Is this the newest version? (relaunched 2016(?), jojoba instead of microbeads, etc)** A: I’m so sorry but I really don’t have any idea.
