This completely takes care of the awkward transmission shifts, clunks in the driveshaft when AFM activates, and gives some peace of mind that the cam phasers aren’t going to malfunction in 4 cylinder mode. And this is a lot cheaper than a full camshaft replacement and AFM delete!
