**Q: are the hard drives 3.5" or 2.5" does it come with trays?**
A: The drives are 2.5.  Only 5 drives with 5 drive trays were included

Can I get a response from the seller? Didn't even get a chance to use this. One bad HD, bad power supply and The OS that was provided kept booting into repair. Was never able to repair. I would love to keep it if the seller would talk to me, but I have not been able to get a hold of them. If you are reading this please message me about the items that are not working. OS I can take of. I called and was told that I would need to reach out to Dell. Strange since I did not buy this from Dell.
