(113 g) tube. NOTE: Some painted surfaces can be sensitive to oil and grease. Clean off any excess oil or grease immediately. Test first on an inconspicuous area to see if it causes a stain or discoloration. This product matches very well with power tools for its powerful lubrication and temperature attributes. It makes things roll, spin, and rotate much smoother when applied after a good cleaning. The value is pretty good for the amount given and the squeeze nozzle to make application easier. The twist-on cap keeps the good stuff inside too. It may have a funny smell to it that I'm not used to, but then again, you're not supposed to be sniffing this stuff! :)

A: Either one works.

**Q: Would this work on free bearing in my shimano hg500 hub set up?**
A: Yes It works !!!

**Q: Can i use this on the coaster brake components or is the ppl-1 grease adequate for the very high heat generated inside a single speed hub?**
A: I'm pretty sure you can use it, this is a good grease and I don't think you will have a problem

**Q: can I use this for my pedals on spin bike?**
A: You can apply it to the threads of the pedal spindle before attaching the pedals to the spin bike.

Pretty nice high-performance grease rated for extreme low and high temperatures. This product matches very well with power tools for its powerful lubrication and temperature attributes.
