Review: Keeps tape on my knees even when I sweat buckets - Works really well. I use KT tape on my knees when I work out. Even when I sweat buckets, the tape stays put. Without, the tape falls off almost immediately. Tip: I wipe my knees down with rubbing alcohol before I apply. That also helps.
Review: Like Contact Cement for K-Tape - I was having difficultly making anything other than Rocktape stick for more than a day or two. Once you curl an edge, it's all she wrote and the tape is coming off or just gets uncomfortable. There are some fine but less expensive tapes available, but they have the same edge problem. This spray does a great job of grabbing the edge adhesive and keeping it down. Just be aware that the dried spray is sticky and only put it where you need it. One final note... THIS STUFF IS VERY FLAMMABLE, no smoking, open flames or sparks nearby

**Q: Does this work with KT tape?  I use kt tape pro and it never sticks longer than 2-3 days but it should because it's the pro version!**
A: I also use kt tape pro and it doesn't sticks longer than 3 days... The kt spray is the only one I know that sticks longer but I don't like to use it because it sticks so much that hurt my skin when I take it off

**Q: How many applications do you get from one can for, let's say plantar fasciitis?**
A: I have to wrap both ankles for training, 6x a week and one can lasted me about 6 months.

**Q: My wife is looking for a medical adhesive for her breast forms... would this product work?**
A: Not sure what you mean by breast forms but this adhesive is very effective for my ankle using medical type tape and stays for 5 days on average taking showers and normal wear and tear.

**Q: what are the ingredients?**
A: From the label: Butane, Acetone, Heptane, Isopropanol, Propane, Resin.So it utilizes several solvents (to keep the adhesive viable in a spray form for long term storage and use) and the components of a fast drying (evaporating) adhesive carrier. It has an alcohol smell when sprayed, but it quickly dissipates. It is best to apply tape while the adhesive is tacky, but not completely dry; about 10 seconds after spraying. The ingredients sound harsh, but if it helps, I have very sensitive skin and have had no issues using this adhesive on my feet for therapy purposes (keeping taped 6-8 hours).

Works was advertised, seems a little expensive but you can get a lot of use out of it and if you routinely wear kinesiology tape, it can be a lifesaver because some brands of tape just won't stick right even when applied correctly. Outside factors too such as sweat can reduce the stickiness quickly. The last time I used pre-tape, I believe I used the recommended amount for two separate 12 inch pieces of tape, one on the back of each calf. When I went to remove the tape a couple days later, it was like I had super glue along the back of my legs. Unfortunately, I lost a bunch of leg hair removing the tape. I'd compare it to removing a band aid, except about 50 times worse. I'm not entirely sure if the problem was due to user error or a chemical reaction, possibly using more than recommended amount without knowing. I will say this was an isolated incident and there are products that counter the sticky "glue like" effects that might've prohibited this from happening. Isopropyl alcohol is cheap and works like a charm. I give it 4 stars and would recommend it to most but please note there is a small percentage of people that react poorly to its use.
