But I've found them to be very handy general purpose switches for all sorts of electronics projects. The fact that they are latching rather than momentary makes them perfect for power switches where you might usually have to use something like a slide or toggle switch.You can easily solder wires directly to the leads on the switch, but if you put a couple bends into them, they can also be surface mounted. I created a simple footprint for the switch in KiCad that I've used on a couple projects now. They might be a little chunky compared to most SMD components, but if you've got other big devices on the board like battery holders and connectors, they shouldn't be too out of place. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product *by on Reviewed in the United States August 29, 2025* Best bag for the buck.
