The bushings should be softer, though, so if you want your kid to be able to turn it, loosen them or better yet, buy softer bushings. Still, just using it for the board itself, this is a ridiculously good deal. Again, I got it for less than $11, not sure why the price is so low. The board itself is solid wood and worth twice that. I wish they just left the bottom wood finish rather than the graphics, which are cheap and won't last. I stripped that off and am giving it a pretty finish, but that's just me. Notice this is 22 inches long. It's small. But... my daughter is 8, and 54 inches tall. Compared to me at 74 inches tall, with a 31 inch board, this is proportional. I strongly recommend short boards like this for kids, they can kick turn them easily.
