I've been taking them since 32 weeks pregnant and just gave birth last week. Im breastfeeding and my milk stinks to high hell! A simple google search revealed the cause of stinky milk is mother's systemic high lipase. My baby drinks it fine out of the "tap" but only time will tell if she'll drink the stuff from the fridge (stored milk stinks and tastes worse the longer it sits around and the lipase has time to work on it).
