Despite their delicate appearance, they resist moisture well, ensuring crispness with cold, warm, or frozen fillings. Kosher certified and made from all-natural ingredients without trans fats, these versatile shells come in a 3-pack, perfect for professional entertaining or gifting. ## Description 30 mm(1 1/2 inch) edible, wafer thin base for creating an ideal bite size, cocktail snack. Ingredients are all natural produce and dairy. The cups contain no trans fats from hydrogenated oils. Two dozen cups are nested in individual pockets for maximum handling protection. Hints for Success: Cold Fillings: for extra long-lasting crispness, line the inside with butter, cream cheese or a piece of lettuce. Warm Fillings: Preheat in an oven or microwave for 45 seconds, then add the warm filling. Serve at once. Frozen Fillings: Freeze quickly with the filling, or separately. Recommended Storage: Keep dark and dry. Avoid sunlight and extreme heat. If frozen, thaw in microwave oven for 60 seconds. 24 shells per package Review: Crisp cups for appetizers - I’ve been using them for years to serve caviar with creme fraiche. Perfect size. Review: Smaller than expected but perfect! - I have a hard time describing the crispy texture of these little shells, but I use them for savory mousses, ceviche cups, etc. The flavor is neutral to slightly salty, so I don’t think they will pair well with sweet fillings. The texture is sort of like a light, crispy wonton? Anyway, they were a huge hit at several potlucks and I will absolutely order them again. No broken cups, perfect shipping. ## Features - Crispy cup for the ultimate hors d'oeuvres and dessert - Siljans cups come pre-baked and empty , ready to use - Despite the wafer thin walls they are surprisingly resistant to moist fillings - The best little Hors D'oeuvre Cup there is - makes a great gift - Kosher certified ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B084WRN1XZ | | Allergen Information | Wheat | | Best Sellers Rank | #61,876 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ( See Top 100 in Grocery & Gourmet Food ) #16 in Pastry Shells & Crusts | | Brand | Siljans | | Brand Name | Siljans | | Container Type | Box | | Customer Reviews | 3.9 out of 5 stars 126 Reviews | | Diet Type | Kosher | | Flavor | Original | | Item Package Weight | 0.31 kg | | Item Weight | 1.4 ounces | | Manufacturer | Siljans | | Number of Items | 3 | | Number of Pieces | 3 | | Package Weight | 0.31 kg | | Size | 1.4 Ounce (Pack of 3) | | Specialty | Kosher Certified | | UPC | 017186191521 | | Unit Count | 4.2 Ounce | ## Images ![Siljans Croustades Crispy Shells - 3 pack - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71cV9HXes6L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size, Flavor** options. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Crisp cups for appetizers *by C***K on December 16, 2022* I’ve been using them for years to serve caviar with creme fraiche. Perfect size. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Smaller than expected but perfect! *by F***L on July 19, 2023* I have a hard time describing the crispy texture of these little shells, but I use them for savory mousses, ceviche cups, etc. The flavor is neutral to slightly salty, so I don’t think they will pair well with sweet fillings. The texture is sort of like a light, crispy wonton? Anyway, they were a huge hit at several potlucks and I will absolutely order them again. No broken cups, perfect shipping. ### ⭐ Surprisingly smaller and frailer than expected *by S***L on December 31, 2025* Every sleeve had at least one broken that couldn’t be used, and at least two that couldn’t be served. Also the heft of this was minimal. It’s a third as thick as a tortilla chip. It’s probably as thick as three flakes of an egg roll put together. Also, this could be preference but it’s quite small. Smaller than a silver dollar. So be prepared to cup very small amounts of food. ## Frequently Bought Together - Siljans Croustades Crispy Shells - 3 pack - La Boulangerie Des Gourmets Puff Pastry Shells -Ready to Use 20.32 OZ- 96 pcs - Athens Foods Mini Fillo Dough Shells 15 Per Box (3 Boxes) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ae/products/215585387-siljans-croustades-crispy-shells-3-pack](https://www.desertcart.ae/products/215585387-siljans-croustades-crispy-shells-3-pack) --- *Product available on Desertcart United Arab Emirates* *Store origin: AE* *Last updated: 2026-10-12*
