My expectations were quite low at first. But when I started taking them my energy levels increased quite a decent amount. I usually walk five miles every week, which catches up with me the next day. But I notice I don't feel as bad on those days when I started taking this. But I have not noticed any other benefits to my sense of well-being, unfortunately. But I have only been on them for a week.
