Terrible pump bottle. *by B***E on 19 March 2025* I’ve been using this washing up liquid since the middle of January and wanted to give it 2 months for a fair review. 1) Love the light fragrance. I hate the overpowering fake fragrance of synthetic products. This is light and clean and doesn’t cling to the dishes. It simply cleans them. 2) Low suds. Some folks feel they need to see lots of suds to know their soap is working. I’m not one of those people. I can feel and hear the squeak as my dishes get clean and the particles rinse away. 3) Price and quality work for me for an eco-friendly product that is also easy on my skin, which is very sensitive due to an autoimmune condition. My one con is the pump is awful and simply doesn’t work. A redesign for the bottle or new pumps should be considered or an option to include a spout lid even with a pump bottle. It’s the only reason I haven’t given 5 stars. It’s beyond frustrating as the pump was supposed to be a convenience and instead makes me not want to reorder the product, so it’s a big deal.
