Knife is manufactured in USA. Great little knives. I’ve been buying them for years. As with everything else, the price has jumped. **Q: how many inches is the blade?** A: The blade length is 4 inches. **Q: what is the difference between Alfi and Fixwell knife?** A: Having had both, and having worked for Subway franchisees who also used both, I prefer the alfi over fixwell. I like the quality equally, but the Alfi seems a bit longer and the handles are much more comfortable and less slippery when wet, which is much of the time when I use them.
