Review: This product is tricky - At first i didnt think this yeast wasnt going to work. i learned that this yeast is very temperature sensitive. It did not do much until i had my ambient temp at 75 degrees. Once i miantained 75 this yeast was excellent!! wash ended up at 15% abv. medium off flavors but good for a stripping run.
Review: Fast acting. - Started some mash and let the temp get down to 75-85 f,add the yeast and within an hour this pale was perking like never before. This is going to be a great batch.

At first i didnt think this yeast wasnt going to work. i learned that this yeast is very temperature sensitive. It did not do much until i had my ambient temp at 75 degrees. Once i miantained 75 this yeast was excellent!! wash ended up at 15% abv. medium off flavors but good for a stripping run.
