I think this pump might be better than the pump was when it was new. I'm very happy with the replacement pump. I'm guessing mine has been dying for a while I forgot how strong it was although it is possible mine was never this strong. I'm leaning toward the latter as the original pump always seemed anemic to me. This one is not anemic and works perfectly! Review: Easy installation - Great.
