Helps reduce the pressure straight away while it heals. Definitely worth having in if you get foot pain like this.

They can be very fiddly to apply especially if you have poor eyesight or difficulty using your hands. Peeling off the paper layers is tricky and then applying the plaster in the right spot. The circular part needs to go over the centre of the corn. Wash and dry the skin thoroughly before starting. Avoid oils or creams which will stop the plaster sticking. Leave on for 4 or 5 days if possible. The plaster, when removed takes away dead skin and gradually reduces the corn. I used plasters repeatedly over the same area until no corn remained. The pain reduced early in the start of treatment.

**Q: Would these stay in place on an ankle ( outside edge) please? I've been fitted with an orthotic splint which is rubbing me raw. Many thanks.**
A: I’d say they would. They aren’t like normal thin plasters that roll up on the back of your ankles if you have shoes that rub. They are well cushioned.

**Q: Can I shower with these on?**
A: Yes you can. Leave them on until the blister pad comes off on its own. They are brilliant, and have used them plenty of times over the years and would completely recommend them. An essential part to carry if you go hiking or walking.

**Q: What is the active pain relieving ingredient in this blister plaster?**
A: It does not relieve any pain. It's mostly just to protect your feet when you wear certain shoes so it does not hurt.

**Q: Will these work for preventing a blister all day (my wedding) ?**
A: Hi, I had a blister on the sole of my foot whilst on a a waling tour of Scotland, once on they stay on for two or three days and stop the pain of the blister. you can get different shaped plasters for different parts of your foot too. Hope this helps.
