Stick to other red/white meat perhaps **Q: Hi, I noticed that on the allergens info it contains gluten and this is plain where the flavoured variety do not state this, can you confirm** A: There is a very small amount of gluten in the feed that the crickets are fed but we withdraw their feed 24hrs before they are harvested so there is nothing in their system when we gather them in. We have had the crickets tested for gluten and they came in at 16 parts per million which is less than the legal reporting limit (20ppm) and so they are technically 'gluten free'.
