Turns out the application we use to make calls doesn’t like bluetooth very much. I kept randomly losing connection and having to open and close the application repeatedly throughout the day. At first, it didn’t seem like it was going to work. The driver installed on its own, but I couldn’t get my work computer to recognize the usb. The security measures on my work computer were just not having it. But after I couldn’t get it to connect initially, I left everything plugged in, turned off the headset, and went to bed. By the time I woke up the next day and logged in, I decided to try one last time. Low and behold, the usb lit up blue and everything has been working wonderfully since.
