## Description

Automatically kneads and extrudes 2-3 servings of fresh pasta in just 18 minutes thanks to uniquely designed stirring bar.

Review: Easy to use - I purchased this machine and used it with the spaghetti and fettuccini dyes so far. Pros- made ideal pasta both times - small amount of dough left over from the extruding process & you can pause & scrape it into the mixing path if you want - reasonable mixing/extruding time - easy cleanup, even the discs - a small, compact machine Cons- stick to weighing your ingredients - yes, 100ml of water weighs 100gm - it was best to hand whisk the semolina with regular flour rather than dump both flours in & hope the machine will do a thorough dry mix -look carefully for the triangle marking when you align the extruder and tightening collar onto the machine.... it is barely visible - it is inconvenient to make multiple batches, the mixing chamber should be cleaned out each time Conclusion I'm happy. This is a good machine with really good results. I stuck with the basic flours & water no-egg mix, as any exotic ingredients would be lost under my sauces. I certainly wouldn't spend $100- $200 more for a larger capacity machine.
Review: Excelente! Recomendo fortemente! - Excelente produto. Super recomendo!!!
