They fit everyone’s hands that cook in the kitchen pretty well so the size range accommodation for the gloves is a bonus. They’re a thick fabric with some flexibility and not too bulky. The heat can still transfer pretty quick so they aren’t as ideal for when we use them with our grill but perfect for baking in the kitchen. The little rubber grips on the gloves are very helpful, and still hold up after being tossed in the washing machine. However, they aren’t the most stain resistant fabric (I bought ones with white in them. Silly me.)
