Having the remote control helped because I could turn them on and off wherever I was. The only thing is that you have to direct it perfectly to the system box so it can turn on and off. There are no color options; they are just white/yellow. The light quality has a variety of systems/transitions. They look cute and aesthetic.

**Q: How the timer works? For how long they stay on after you press the timer button?**
A: This is new brand can’t wait to find out

**Q: Is the sheer curtain included?**
A: No curtain is included. I also would not recommend this product it’s very poorly made the USB connection snapped off and the “curtain“ of lights is made of a very thin wire which isn’t easy to untangle

**Q: Memory? will this remember the last mode set rather than defaulting to a flashing mode if turned on/off by smartplug rather than the remote?**
A: If I unplug it it will reset but if I turn it off with the remote it remembers my last setting

**Q: Can these be hung with a curtain already up?**
A: Yes it doesn’t come with a curtain anyway but the hooks at the top are pretty small
