So I followed what the packaging said, to contact customer service for any fit problem. I cannot say enough about the excellence of the Atercel customer service. Emily replied promptly to my inquiry, gave clear directions about my next steps (to measure my hand, send photo of the current fit) and within days I received my new gloves, well-made, comfortable and a perfect fit. They appear durable and provide the needed grip as well as protection for my hands. I appreciate the quality of the product and the service. Thank you Atercel.
