The case distorts the flash a little so low light photos can look a bit weird, but its not that bad and I rarely take pics with flash on anyway The little plate on the back came off because the factory applied adhesive is not very strong so I glued it back on with Gorilla Glue Gel, and it hasnt come off again. This is my second case of this kind, after 2 or 3 years of rugged treatment the ring finally came loose and broke off, and the corners had all been smashed and chipped away.
