Da leggere Review: I am on my fourth week of this diet I haven't lost any more than the 7 pounds I initially lost but apparently that is a good thing and means the weight should drop of gradually. The book is filled with recipes, suggestions, nudges and science at the back as to how and why the diet works for most people. Please note that I say for most people. For myself the recipes could be a tad more precise and be better proof read but the content is there and if you just apply common sense after reading the book re the recipes then you'll be fine. The banting bread is delicious, we make variations and with butter and or cheese it's even better. Very easy to make too. The nutty crackers are a great carry around with you snack. This diet is the easiest thing in the world to do once you get past the initial thing of eating so much fatty meat. It was a bit of a novelty for me in the first week. By the second week I started looking forward to everything I ate and felt so surprised still that I never felt hungry in between meals.
