Very sturdy when assembled and easy to use. I'm 180lbs. Only issue during assembly is that some of the metal where the holes were drilled were down in the tubing and kept the bolt from pushing through. Pushed it out with a screw driver and pulled it right out. No problems after that. Highly recommend. This product is a great addition to any home gym! This product has a great design and doesn’t show any signs of rocking or imbalance when using. The design of the product allows for items to be stored between the legs ( I store my yoga ball there) and is great if you have limited space. It’s not heavy so you can move it around easy. I have limited ceiling height so before I got the product I was a little unsure if my head would hit the ceiling when using the product. It doesn’t. You’ll see on here people asking if a certain hight person will work with the product. I really think it depends on how long your legs are and where your hands are when you place them to the side of your body. I haven’t tried to use this product with a belt and weights tied to them so I cannot comment on how effective doing dips is with weights. Overall great product.
