The main zipper on the bag stopped working after only 10 days of using it. Yes, there is room for improvement. However, the manufacturer is well aware of the bag's flaws and is more than willing to compensate for those who are unhappy with their purchase. Yes, I have noted flaws in the bag purchased, the zippers are not very strong (if you work them gently they are fine), the color near the top seems to fade BUT the overall function of this bag is AMAZING. I take this bag to work with me everyday, I have even taken the bag to Puerto Vallarta where I pumped on the go; on the plane, in the shuttle, at the pool and this bag has performed well for all events. It is stylish and cute, no one even realizes its a breast pump bag, it is insulated in both pockets so regardless which side you use, your milk stays cold. The option to close a pocket really allows for more room within the bag for all stuff moms need. The option to have short shoulder straps and a long strap is great as well.
