Premium grade durable black vinyl coated, OEM approved soft top fabric and a soft non-woven backing with interior pockets. Anti-wear and anti-tear, waterproof for long-lasting reliability Reasonably Save Space The bag can be secured vertically behind the rear seat securing with a strap around the headrests to maintain most of your cargo space. A great solution for storing them in your vehicle or using the handle to carry them into your garage. Easy To Carry To carry the loaded Storage bag, simply tilt the bag on end with the handle facing up. Carefully Reach down and lift the bag by the handle cradling the top of the bag under your arm for stability. ABS Carrying Handle Adjustable Retaining Strap With Buckle Durable Zipper Snap Hook STEP 1 Top panel goes in with the top of the panel facing down. Be sure fabric divider separates the panels. Bottom panel goes in with top of the panel facing up. STEP 2 Place diagonal corner of bag on passenger side. Secure your stored Freedom Panels behind the back seat. STEP 3 With the bag sitting up-right, clip the bottom hooks into each of the two the factory-installed child restraint loops. STEP 4 Wrap the retaining strap around both headrests. Be sure the strap passes through the side loops. Un-clip the adjustable retaining strap and loop the back portion over both rear seat headrests(around all 4 posts) Clip the two ends together and tighten the strap by pulling on the loose end.

A: I bought this item about a month ago. The hard top panels fit easily into the bag. I carried it by the handle, but I have not used the straps to secure the bag so can’t comment on durability of the straps. No issues for me - this bag is good quality and perfect for my needs.

This bag is a perfect fit for the panels. It is soft inside and has a fabric separator to keep the panels from rubbing together and getting scratched up. And it's easy enough to manage getting the panels in alone. The fact that it can attach to the back of the seat to stand up for space saving is also great!
