The reviews were encouraging & of course with the additional items included for the price it's set at, I had to grab this while I could. I bought it in November 2015 and so far it's been working just great. Very simple item to use, it doesn't take long to heat up at all & it laminates the documents easily and quickly. It's a good buy and I'm pleased with it.*Word of advice DO NOT use this to laminate sonogram pictures if you're considering it as the heat will destroy them. I learned this the hard way a week ago now my daughter's baby pic is ruin.
