Review: CURED MY RECURRENT YEAST INFECTIONS!!! - LITERALLY LIFE CHANGING!!! I have been struggling with recurrent yeast infections right before I get my cycle on and off for years. I tried literally every recommendation — low sugar diet, cotton underwear, showering/changing immediately after the gym, etc… nothing worked. It was delivered the next day. It is very gentle on the stomach and has relieved some of the symptoms that I needed it for going through menopause. **Q: What ingredients are the capsule made from?**
A: "Other ingredients" are Maltodextrin (non-GMO source), cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source).  Capsule consists of hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and titanium dioxide.  No wheat, no gluten, no soybeans, no dairy, no egg, no fish/shellfish, no peanuts/tree nuts.  The hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is a chemically modfied cellulose polymer considered safe for human consumption.  It is used as an alternative to gelatin and gluten in vegan-friendly products.  I can tell you from experience this supplement really works.

**Q: What size are the capsules?**
A: Not too big.  A little smaller than a pain reliever (Tylenol, Advil)  capsule.  Easy to swallow.

**Q: Can you open this?**
A: You may open a capsule and mix the contents in a full glass (8oz to 10oz) of water. Stir so powder mixes sufficiently before consuming.
