The Levitikon reads very closely to the Gospel of John.  The are some important differences.  Some chapters read slightly diffently and the last few chapters of John are not there.  It is my opinion that this text may have orgiginally been wrtitten for those within the inner circle of more advanced esoteric teachings.  The translation is a very easy read and flows well.

Reverend Donald spent many hours translating this book on his own time, with no compensation. It's selfness acts like this, that let other seekers further their spiritual quest. I for one am very grateful for people in the world like Reverend Donald Donato, we should all take a page out of his book.

An excellent translation from the French, and very interesting to compare to the canonical Gospel of John. Highly recommended for any practicing Gnostic, and anyone interested in Gnosticism or early Christianity.
