You might find some exercises would be a bit awkwardly performed. But with some maneuvers, you will get use to it. Changing weights: very smooth to change. Keep in mind that you jump by 2-3 kg in each change. That's a big jump for some exercises. (I wish if Bowflex would make something for micro-loading) Generally I am very pleased with them.
