## Questions & Answers

**Q: I read the other comments but no one has said if it IS definitely microwave & dishwasher safe is it ?**
A: I put it in my dishwasher to clean it. It was fine. I use organic honey and sometimes it crystallizes and I warm it in the microwave just for 20 seconds and it’s fine.

**Q: Capacity?  Previous answers range from 8oz to 24oz.!!  Does anyone actually know?**
A: I gave it as a gift,but from my recollection it's much closer to 8 oz than 24. I'd say at MOST 12 oz. it's a beautiful heavy piece suitable for use on the table. 24 would be way too big for that.

**Q: Attn seller:  can you please tell us why you say it can't be put in a microwave?  will it hurt the jar?**
A: Well, on the Waterford Crystal website it says that Crystal cannot handle shifts in temperature from hot to cold and vice versa. It will crack the crystal glass.

**Q: How much honey does this hold?**
A: I am guessing, maybe 12 oz.  I love it, and everyone that comes in my kitchen comments on it.  Not crazy about the wooden dipper.  I replaced it with one with a big comical honey bee on the handle.
