I have 9.5W Timberland Pro Pitboss boots fitted with the medium (8-9) anti fatigue insole. The portion of the insole in front of the arch is oversized and will need to be trimmed. I trimmed about a quarter inch off mine using the original insole as a template. **Q: How wide are the heel cups in these? would i have issues wearing them with 10.5w caterpillar pull-on work boots?** A: I'm not sure of the measurement but I used them in my 10w boots with no problems **Q: Is the insole thick?
