Both 24 pack Swiffer boxes were ripped open and leaked all the cleaning solution. Dont know how to use it all now before it all dries out in a few days. Cannot refund or replace as it says “not eligible for refund/replacement” due to being international order. Dont know where else to complain about product condition. Also have pictures to support my case. Thank you!

**Q: I don't understand how to attach these. you need to open the sides and then there is no where to attach the sides otherwise i love them please how to**
A: There are holes in the top of the mop that are made of rubber, you stick part of the bad through and it stays pretty snuggly

**Q: How big are these?**
A: 10 inches x 8 inches.  They are the regular size.  These are NOT the extra large for the larger size head.

**Q: do i need a special handle or will any swiffer handle work? Thanks**
