This one is pronounced, it takes more pressure which over the period of time this adds up. I would send it back if it wasn't more trouble than it was worth to do so. I got it so I could train my left hand to use it. It sits in the closet now. **Q: How do the buttons feel when clicked? Are they too stiff? Do your thumb gets tired after a long period of use?** A: I was previously using a Logitech Marble Mouse trackball which has a much lighter click action than this unit.
