On contact with the skin it quickly turns into a liquid, spreads and dissolves makeup easily, especially in the eye area. I used a facial cloth to rinse off leaving my skin feeling soft. I have sensitive skin however, this left my skin feeling clean, hydrated and soft. No redness or any irritation after using it daily.
