A: Thanks for the question. Our wallets are designed at our head office in Australia and manufactured by a family-operated factory in India. let us know if you have any questions.

**Q: How to check the product received is original as the pack wasn’t sealed and no any warranty documents etc available ?**
A: Hey Amit! All products purchased from our official store are authentic. Also, the warranty coverage is activated upon purchase so we no longer include any warranty documents. **Q: Is this the Hi model or the Lo model?**
A: Thanks for the question! The Note Sleeve only comes in one size. It can fit bills up to 95mm tall and 160mm long. Hope this helps!

**Q: Why does this cost 4 times as much as it costs when we buy directly from Belroy ?**
A: Its costs the same as buying directly for Bellroy, or maybe a little more with international shipping. There are some sellers that have added their markup. Make sure you avoid these guys.
