Unlike a foam roller, its able to target specific areas and he can pin point the problem areas to massage and get to hard to reach areas that regular foam rollers just can’t get to like upper biceps and your traps. After 20 minutes of massaging the areas. He stood up and his muscle pains, while not fully gone, were knocked down TREMENDOUSLY! And this is just after the first use. He’s so excited to continue using it because it’s only uphill from here. I know this is a drawn out review, but I absolutely recommend this to anyone with muscle pains. It will sincerely help.
