I think its particularly useful for Product Owners/Mangers who are new to the role and need to wrap their minds around breaking work down. Jeff also does a great job of describing the often misunderstood concept of MVP and how to get there. On top of the great content, Jeff's writing style and humour make this incredibly easy to read (unlike some other books on similar topics), you'll fly through it. Highly recommended.
