**Q: Is this really 16.5 inches long, or 13.5 inches as the reviewer says?**
A: It is 13.5 inches long and with the attached sizers it is 16.5 inches long.

**Q: I have never heard of anything being rolled to 1/6 of an inch.  Does anyone know if it is actually 1/8 of an inch?**
A: It does say 1/6" on the disc, I just measured it and its a little over 1/8" (like 3/16ths)

**Q: Has anyone used this to roll out pasta?**
A: It works great with the measurement height attachments on everything I've needed...roll out cookies and pie crusts. I'm sure it would be just as wonderful on pasta.

**Q: do you know if the plastic rings on the ends are BPA free?**
A: No. I don't know if the rings are BPA free; however, I wanted to point out that the rings should not come into contact with your dough. Used properly, the rings are outside the width of your dough and touch the counter surface, not the dough. The way I use this roller is to put the dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper and roll it. Took me a few times, but once perfected, NONE of the roller will touch the dough.
